The instructors genuinely care about you succeeding and moving forward, not just the hours they are building. I’ve had the genuine pleasure of working with a few of the flight instructors and I look forward to working with more in the future. The staff managing VA (talking about you Jennie) are the most approachable and accommodating people you will meet. I literally called her at 4 AM once when I didn’t realize I was in a different time zone and she answered the call and helped me out. The maintenance team is world class. They manage to keep five planes in the air practically 24/7 in addition to the other work they have on their plates, but will still drop what they’re doing to answer any questions you have or explain a system in the plane. To make a long story longer, I can’t imagine a better place to learn to fly and I know that I’ll be making regular visits to VA long after I’ve earned my wings and am flying professionally. I’d also like to thank the instructors I’ve worked with: Andrew, Derek, and Jack for helping me along my road as a pilot and pushing me forward while also being good friends. Just attended an Autopilot Workshop hosted by Amber and learned a ton!

I've used a variety of flight schools in the Las Vegas Area, and Vegas Aviation has definitely been the best one. My main concerns at the beginning of my flight... read more training were the quality and availability of the planes and instructors, but none of that has been a problem for me during my time here. Another major concern of mine was pricing. I will say that rental prices are slightly higher than other flight schools in the area, but through getting my Private Pilot License I learned that you get what you pay for. If I could start my training all over again I would picked Vegas Aviation sooner to save more time and money in the long run.
