TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Vegas Aviation LLC. By using our flight training, aircraft rental, and aircraft maintenance services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • Vegas Aviation LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates as a provider of professional flight training, aircraft rental, and FAA-certified maintenance services based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Use of any Vegas Aviation LLC service signifies your agreement to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional service-specific policies.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or provide signed parental consent if younger).

  • Hold a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Possess current FAA certifications for flight operations, if applicable.

  • Maintain an up-to-date FAA medical certificate when required by your activity.

3. Flight Training

  • Training follows FAA Part 61 or Part 141 standards.

  • Advancement is based on demonstrated proficiency, not a fixed schedule.

  • Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) may cancel or delay flights for safety, weather, or preparedness concerns.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Aircraft Rental

  • All renters must complete a checkout flight with a Vegas Aviation LLC CFI and meet currency requirements.

  • Renters must carry personal non-owned aircraft insurance (minimum required liability limits as posted on website).

  • Aircraft must be returned clean and undamaged. Renters are liable for damage resulting from improper use or negligence.

  • Fuel is reimbursable with valid receipts, up to the published rate cap.

5. Maintenance Services

  • Performed by FAA-certified A&P mechanics in compliance with all applicable regulations.

  • Aircraft owners must provide accurate maintenance records and written authorization for all work.

  • Vegas Aviation LLC is not liable for delays due to unavailable parts, unforeseen issues, or third-party dependencies.

6. Payment & Fees

  • Services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: major credit cards, debit, and ACH bank transfers.

  • Invoices overdue by 15+ days are subject to a 5% late fee and potential suspension of services.

  • Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

7. Safety & Conduct

  • Safety is our highest priority. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who poses a risk or fails to follow safety protocols.

  • Use of alcohol or impairing substances within 8 hours of flight (“bottle to throttle”) is prohibited.

  • Any breach of FAA regulations will result in immediate service termination and may be reported to the FAA.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Vegas Aviation LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services or aircraft.

  • Participation in flight activities involves inherent risk, which all customers acknowledge and accept.

9. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the latest version, available at www.vegasaviation.com.
